2011-2012: Raytheon – Principal Training and Development Specialist (HUMINT) at HUMINT Training-Joint Center of Excellence (HT-JCOE)
• Perform platform instruction and all other associated training development / support activities utilizing various forums such as formal platform training, workshops, and field training exercises, for training US military personnel and other Department of Defense (DoD) and federal government agency personnel in the methodologies and doctrine of Source Operations.
• Assumed duties as platform instructors and deploy on field training exercises serving as instructor, mentor, role player, and counselor alongside active duty military and DoD civilian instructors.
• Instructors participate as writer/role-player; develops plans and milestones for the analysis, design, and development of courses of instruction; and prepares instructional material, including development of comprehensive, tailored role packages.
• Intelligence Contingency Funds Manager responsible for the training and maintenance of approximately 8,000 USD in ICF issued to students over the duration of the SOC Course.

2003-2011: United States Marine Corps – CI and HUMINT Specialist
• Educate, train, and coach hundreds of US Marines in CI and HUMINT specific operational and analytical tradecraft skills and techniques. Based on combat experience and real world applications, determined and developed hands-on, scenario driven On the Job Training (OJT) curriculum.
• CI and HUMINT SME status for investigations; interview and interrogation; elicitation; code of conduct; law of land warfare; target analysis; Operational Security (OPSEC); screening; terrorist psychology; crowd control; non-combatant evacuation operations; socio-cultural diversity; photography; sketching; observation, description, and atmospherics; scenario development and script writing; close-quarters battle and personal protection.
• Personally prepared, qualified and certified students for the Marine Air Ground Task Force (MAGTF) CI/HUMINT deployment standards.
• Results of leadership efforts are 18 on-line MarineNet Class graduations; numerous staff studies and senior level briefings; multiple general intelligence class additions; and authoring several select professional school publications and articles.
• Standardized all CI/HUMINT OJT programs throughout the US Marine Corps.
• Regularly reported to and professionally interacted with higher, lateral, and subordinate headquarters Senior Marine Corps Officers, Warrant Officers, and Enlisted personnel. Acted independently or with little guidance from supervisors and continuously demonstrate initiative.
• Selected as the CI and HUMINT representative for a minimum of 75 combat patrols in Iraqi towns and villages. Patrols included extensive interactions with senior level Iraqi officials as well as senior level US Armed Forces and Government personnel.
• Created actionable target intelligence through the creation and dissemination of hundreds of tactical, operational, and ultimately strategic Intelligence Information Reports (IIRs).
• Conducted hundreds of human geography interviews and, as required, interrogations of suspect or nefarious Iraqi civilians.
• Mitigated possible and actual threats through detailed risk assessments, security surveys and vulnerability nodal analysis.
• Collected all human threat data and consolidated it into a weekly CI threat assessment briefing to unit and Intelligence Community (IC) personnel.
• Built the capabilities and capacities for unit Military Source Operations (MSO) and tracking over 30 HVTs. Capabilities included surveillance, counter-surveillance, HUMINT interdiction. Capacities included extending MSO registry, supervision of all source intelligence analysts, and increasing unit interpreter manpower.
