Analyst ISAF BEST A9, 07/2011-Present
Responsible for intelligence oversight and intelligence activities as a member of the Polish Brigade staff while implementing RC East or higher level policy. Serve as the security manager and primary federal disclosure representative for the joint task force. Conduct analysis of intelligence reports and mentor Polish intelligence officers to do the same. Produce analysis reports in a timely and accurate fashion that allows maneuver elements of the brigade to take action and mentor Polish intelligence officers to do the same. Serve as targeting officer, collection management and biometrics officer. Liaison with provost marshal, law enforcement, and provide guidance on force protection and detainee operations. Train and Mentor the Polish ISR Manager. Monitor all ISR assets and manage the process for requesting asset support. Serve as COR for all of Task Force White Eagles Interpreter/Linguists, and ensure they are being treated fairly, receiving proper benefits, and they are being paid on time. Identify, monitor and analyze efforts of the Taliban and the Haqqani networks to disrupt CF activities and interests, including their technologies and TTPs. Monitor and assess the leadership, motivations, plans and intentions of the Taliban and the Haqqani networks. Analyze human terrain to determine the response of the local population to the withdrawal of forces from Afghanistan. Serve as the US LNO in the CIED cell helping produce reports in English, and disseminating these reports to English units in Ghazni.
Participated in the Bagram X exercise (Polish certification exercise). Acted as the S2 of TF RAMROD. Operated the JEMMS and JCATS systems, and communicated with TF WE playing daily operations of a Battalion TOC. Received the ATAG coin for my work.

Supervised Platoon Leaders of the company, and managed the company in the absence of the Commander. Interpreted the commander’s intent giving guidance to the section leaders on their responsibilities.
Implemented process improvements based on assessment of shortfalls. Developed new procedures, and reestablished the FRG’s phone tree, newsletter, and meeting schedule. Created instructions and manuals that conformance to format.
Planed and organized special events and built relationships by supervising a community open house. I invited members from the community to attend, and liasoned with a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars which resulted in a working relationship between the VFW and the Company.
Devloped/implemented training plans for the Company’s Annual Training. Traveled with the Commander to a SCIF located at Ft Sheridan IL. This resulted in interagency cooperation with the Army Reserve Training Center. As a result of it’s AT, B Co was able to turn an outdated Trojan Spirit into an operational piece of equipment that would enable B Co to complete it’s mission.
The liaison officer for the Polish during the Prairie North Exercise; Worked with Polish soldiers during a training exercise in Chicago. This led to improvement in the relationship between the Illinois National Guard and the Polish Army. Gathered raw intelligence on Polish SOPs, and produced a finished intelligence report on lessons I learned during the exercise. I suggested lines of approach to improve our operations, and our relationship with the Polish Army.
SIGINT PL B Co 33rd BSTB, 10/2008-04/2010:
Advised my commander on the equipment we needed to train, and managed procurement NCO to get all the equipment I could for my soldiers. Administered a reorganization of the platoon into teams based on the analysis of the METL. Created Platoon SOP.

Administered service plans for 23 adults with developmental disabilities. Produced Service Plans that were the result of TEAM effort, including family, nursing staff, Chaplain, Social Worker, Psychologist, MDs, front line staff, and the Individual. Advised the team of the situation; assembled their opinions, and created the service plans.
Supervised the individual’s care, by collecting data pertaining to their progress, evaluating the data, interpreted the results, and adjusted the service plans as needed.
Developed a data collection plan that increased accountability of data that was tracked on a daily basis, and eliminated holes in the data stream.
