Over 16 years of active military service with 11 years in Special Operations as a Navy SEAL and 3 years of civilian contractor and business ownership experience. As a multi-national element combat advisor, received multiple commendations for operational performance in various locations abroad and throughout the United States. Planned, coordinated, managed, and implemented sensitive combat operations with multiple agencies, as well as training evolutions from the classroom to extreme environmental conditions, crucial for operational readiness and success. Graduate of the Advanced Special Operations Techniques Course (ASOTC), certified as a level III with real-world experience in planning, coordinating and integrating HUMINT source operations in support of counterinsurgency (COIN) operations in Afghanistan. Chief Executive Officer, 10/2010 – Present
Provide high-level executive protection for domestic and international clients, coordinating security, communications, transportation, accommodation, and logistics requirements for clients as well as accompanying dignitaries and their family, to assure the personal safety of the client and his party at all times during any emergencies which may arise, regardless of the physical location of the client. Provide executive-level personal security protection of client to and from his/her residence and office, while attending events and meetings of official nature outside his/her office, while on travel, within the United States and overseas, and during periods of heightened threats that require continuous protection. Provide security consulting for nongovernmental and non-profit organizational officials throughout the United States and abroad. Provide HUMINT instruction in support of COIN operations to the U.S. government; HUMINT subject matter expert, instructor, training scenario advisor and lesson plan developer for the ASOT II course in support of COIN operations. Prepare intelligence-related instruction and materials pertinent to source development, intelligence collection, operational communication plans, and various CI- and operational security (OPSEC) related source-handling matters pertinent to the conduct of Irregular Warfare (IW). Responsible for platform lecturing as well as mentoring and evaluating students in an intense, fast-paced course focused on the intelligence collection cycle. Plan, implement, and manage surveillance teams for practical exercises involving members of the U.S. government in various courses of instruction.

US CENTCOM J2-X HUMINT Liaison Officer/Imbedded Mentor, 01/2010 – 08/22/2010
Served as a J2X HUMINT subject matter expert on special operations forces, and Irregular Warfare (IW) COIN operations supporting the US Central Command (USCENTCOM) Afghanistan/ Pakistan Team. As a member of the J2X, developed, planned and provided guidance, assistance and oversight on HUMINT collection management functions, projects and activities in Afghanistan and Pakistan related to COIN operations. Conducted focused collection and production management, including doctrine, policy, practices, tactics, techniques and procedures. Provided coordination with tactical, theater and national-level agencies in support of COIN operations. Served as the primary interface for HUMINT collection management issues and special projects with a HUMINT operational focus. Reviewed and monitored J2X HUMINT and counterintelligence (CI) message traffic pertaining to Afghanistan and Pakistan. Planned, implemented and managed operational security measures for advanced special operations and military source operations (MSO) in support of task forces, other government agencies (OGA), subordinate commands, and special operations forces (SOF) in Afghanistan and Pakistan. Worked directly with human source handlers in support of tactical-to-strategic, theater-wide sensitive operations. Developed methodologies and procedures for asset validation. Maintained asset validation databases used to track MSO network development and to archive and deconflict intelligence and operational reporting through the M3, CIDNE, DSOMS, and SIPR.

U.S. Army J.F.K Special Warfare Center School, Advanced Special Operations Training Detachment (ASOT Level III) – East, Senior Instructor, 01/2009 – 01/2010
Served as a subject matter expert, instructor, training scenario advisor, and lesson plan developer for the Advance Special Operations Techniques Course (ASOT III) supporting COIN operations. Prepared intelligence-related instruction and materials pertinent to source development, intelligence collection, operational communication plans, and various CI and OPSEC source handling matters related to the conduct of Irregular Warfare (IW). Responsible for platform lecturing as well as mentoring and evaluating students in an intense, fast-paced course focused on the intelligence collection cycle. As an instructor employed instructional techniques ranging from simulation, interactive practical exercises involving Civil Affairs (CA) and Psychological Operations (PSYOP) personnel, counseling of subtle and difficult ASOT concepts and complex technical subjects to non-commissioned, warrant, and commissioned officers.

Naval Special Warfare Development Group, Damneck, VA Advanced Special Operations Team Leader, 05/2006 – 01/2009
ASOT III team leader, SEAL, augmented to a Joint Special Operations Task Force (JSOTF) of select Navy, Army and Air Force special operations forces operators prosecuting the nation’s most strategic targets while deployed to Afghanistan conducting COIN from October 2006 to January 2007, May 2007 to January 2008 and August 2008 to November 2008. As an ASOT Level III, conducted liaison with other government agencies (OGA), prepared and briefed commanders on daily significant activities, concept of operations and missions related to COIN intelligence and materials pertinent to source development, intelligence collection, communication plans, tagging, tracking and locating (TTL) and various CI and OPSEC source handling matters related to irregular and unconventional warfare and special access programs. As an advanced special operations advisor and team leader for military source operations, led 30 personnel in key tasks executing 100 clandestine reconnaissance missions against Al-Qaida safe havens in Afghanistan. Also conducted liaison with coalition, host nation and non-government organizations (NGOs) to assimilate intelligence and disseminate to US military, and NGOs employed by USAID, providing force protection, route safety, personal security and advanced threat warnings enabling stabilization, security, transition and reconstruction operations to be conducted within Afghanistan. Imbedded within an Army Special Forces Team, as an ASOT Level III, gathered and recorded biometric data via the BAT system on local national workers within forward operations bases, and during medical capability missions to non-permissive areas and villages for CI/HUMINT operations throughout Afghanistan. Coordinated, managed and conducted joint and combined training to improve JSOTF’s combat proficiency in unconventional warfare and intelligence collection. During day-to-day camp operations managed and supervised construction and routine maintenance while controlling $1.5 million in equipment and funds in Afghanistan.

SEAL Delivery Vehicle Team One, Pearl City, HI
Advanced Special Operations Manager/Lead Sniper/Senior Instructor 02/2000 – 05/2006
Served as a senior SEAL instructor. Led, managed and supervised three SEAL Delivery Vehicle platoons consisting of 115 personnel and 12 senior SEAL instructors during over 900 hours of instruction and 3000 man-hours of high-risk evolutions while training for unconventional warfare (UW) in support of COIN operations from December 2000 to May 2006. ASOT Level II, MSO intelligence collection manager and lead sniper conducting direct action and sensitive site exploitation missions for COIN in Afghanistan while attached to Squadron Eight and a Combined Joint Special Operations Task Force from October 2004 to May 2005. While augmented to a Army Special Forces team in Afghanistan, advised, led and directed J2X CI/HUMINT and combat operations against enemy and enemy safe havens while managing a combined 460 U.S., coalition and Afghan forces during regional stabilization, security, transition and reconstruction operations from November to April 2004. Trained, advised and directed foreign internal defense (FID) missions with host nation military and special tactics police, while deployed to Oman, Kuwait, UAE and Bahrain, in open circuit diving, maritime interdiction (visit, board, search and seizure), urban sniper operations, combat shooting, air operations, communications, hand-to-hand combat, executive protection, surveillance and demolition operations while conducting maritime interdiction operations in the Strait Of Hormuz from April 2002 to October 2002.
