MARITIME SECURITY TEAM LEADER

 Provide consultative, training and crisis management services for international service company that provides expertise in land-based and maritime security, logistics, evacuations and training for diverse range of companies operating overseas in remote and hostile environments.

 Plan and execute complex security details to protect personnel, equipment and materials onsite in support of disaster relief efforts, traveling overseas.

 Provide comprehensive training and development client security personnel. Regularly communicate with internal and external resources to ensure efficiency and cost effectiveness of operations.

SUBSEA CONTROL TECHNICIAN

Upkeep and control the hydraulics and electrical systems and equipment related to the subsea oil production environment. Worked in Perth, Australia; Ghana, Nigeria, Malabo (Africa) on 30 day rotations. During my 5 years in the oil industry, there has been no down time or lose of well per project.

 Order and distribute supplies for projects and well site orders, cause not downtime of project in progress.

 Operate and troubleshoot computers and integrated servers. Monitor, setup, and record real-time trends connected to pressure / temperatures electronic gauges and sensors.

 Supervise and train the use of hydraulic, pneumatic, actuators, valves. Provide training segments to third world country personnel on the use of Nitrogen and Argon gas to fill subsea computers for underwater operations and purging of lines

 Run routine checks on systems after completing an oil well and prior to moving to the next oil well for operations. This includes refilling fluids, nitrogen gas, software / hardware replacement, and paperwork.

Infantry / Convoy Security Leader, US Army

 Directed transport of personnel and equipment as convoy security section leader, with responsibility for training and supervising 4-12 personnel. Oversaw supply management for equipment, weaponry and parts to maintain consistency of operational functions at peak levels. Duties included security and protection of high ranking personnel and government officials.

 Assigned as Gunner on the Bradley while traveling through Bagdad. Battalion mission to defend ground troops while traveling through high threat areas.

 Team Leader while in Iraq, in charge of the heavy gun squad that provided over watch on top of buildings while other teams conducted raids and prisoner escort.

 Later assigned to Quick Reaction Force, this included first responder situation while fending off attacks from enemy’s high power weapons and the recovery of down troops.

Aviation Ordnance, US Navy

 Served as airman on naval aircraft in loading of ordnance to ensure proper configuration. Responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues encountered during loading of ordnance and startup of flight systems. Supervised and trained up to eight personnel.
