Responsible for developing training strategies and leveraging organizational capabilities against logistical requirements to ensure projects were completed to specification, on time and under budget.
• Increased training proficiency from 56% to 95% over a one year period. Gave presentations to train subordinate leaders and led the organization’s migration to the Army’s new method of assessing readiness.

Planned and executed convoys that assisted in the construction of three combat outposts, the closing of 2, and the resupply of 8 separate locations within a radius of 75 miles in Southern Afghanistan. Worked with engineering units to identify project issues and develop solutions.
Assisted in the training of international / affiliate partners on location in logistics management, distribution operations, adherence to regulations, project management, and proper documentation procedures.
