EMPLOYMENT HISTORY

2008 – 2012 CUBIC Inc. Foreign Weapons & Tactics Instructor

• Attached with U.S. Marines at Advisor Training Group (ATG) Marine Corps Base (MCB) Twenty-nine Palms, Ca.
• Instruct Military Advisor Teams and other Advisors on proper movement techniques, mounted and dismounted weapons employment, urban warfare tactics, techniques, procedures; and force protection Conducts Tactics, Force Protection (FP) and Anti-terrorism (AT) training to include MOT-P, Urban Warfare, and tactics in support of Advisor Training.
• Primary instructor for the SVD sniper rifle.
• Primary instructor for TSE (tactical site exploitation).
• Assisted the tactics and weapons section in regards to curriculum development from the ground up and assisted building Advisor Training Group into a renowned and respected school organization for the U.S. Marine Corps at 29 Palms, California.
• Assisted in creating curriculum for proof of concept Course Descriptive Data/Program of Instruction for submission to Training and Education Command in order for Adviser Training Group to become a formal learning center (FLC) with an approved Course Identifying Designator (CID) recognized by TECOM.
• Developed Lesson Plans, Media, Student Materials, Course Structures, Concept Cards, and Instructor Preparation Guide’s.
• Designed Instructional Methods and Media for tactics and foreign weapons, especially for the SVD sniper rifle, and the RPG launcher series.
• Assembled a Master Lesson File for the SVD sniper rifle in regards to tactics and foreign weapons.
• Provide training in accordance with the CDD/POI, on tactical infantry operations in a counter-insurgency environment.
• Maintain the ability to assist in training of Vehicle Mounted Operations, IED identification and countermeasures, Intelligence and IPB.
• Conduct training, practical exercises, and assist in evaluations of Advisor student performance. Perform as observer/controller. Assist in exercise scenario development.
• Develop new training materials and revise existing classes as required that provide focus on advisor ability to mentor and teach foreign national personnel in proper TTP required in performance of mission related tasks.
