– Supervised the development, management, operations, and resources of the Special Forces Advance Urban Combat Course and the Special Forces Sniper Course programs of instruction in the training of over 1200 personnel for 1st SFG (A).
– Increased 1st Special Forces Group (Airborne) Level 1 Sniper Course graduation from 78% to 95% by implementing a structured marksmanship training program aimed at improving individual precision rifle marksmanship capabilities.

– Trained forces actively engaged in contingency operations in the Pacific Command Area of Responsibility.

– Held SCI accreditation from July 2005 to June 2009; familiar with ACCM special access programs and sensitive activities.
