More than 22 years of serving and protecting this country and her assets and personnel as a Navy SEAL and as a Security Specialist, Manager, Leader, Instructor in positions of increasing responsibility, physical security, static and mobile security, surveillance and surveillance detection, executive protection, antiterrorism training, vulnerability assessments, site surveys, security operations, and threat management. I have been a member of several teams responsible for conducting Assessments and Site Surveys in Afghanistan, Iraq and the United States. I have evaluated physical security postures and made recommendations to Country Managers, Chief’s of Bases and Chief’s of Stations on facilities in both Iraq and Afghanistan, on achievable means of enhancing physical security and antiterrorism measures. I have logistics, budget, resource management and extensive report writing experience. I have managed security personnel in support of classified projects and I have nuclear (CNWDI) background, with excellent computer skills. Site Manager, Sheberghan Afghanistan and Site Manager, Shouz Afghanistan (responsible for over 100 contractors from several different companies, 300 students, 18 language assistants and 80 local guard force, $12,000 to $15,000 in monthly cash operating funds).

Additional and Collateral Duties: Working with interpreters to facilitate teaching a class of 300 students for concurrent six week programs, from all areas of Afghanistan. I am proficient in all weapons systems; including 9mm pistol, M-4, M-240 and M-249, AMD-65, 12.7mm NSV, 40mm GP-25 and GP-30, AK-47, RPG-7, Shotgun, RPK, and PKM. Collateral duties to include: Site Force Protection Manager, Weapons and Ammunition Inventory, Key custodian, Site Logistics Manager, In-Country Logistics Manager (Kabul, Afghanistan) and Site Armor.
