I have over 23 years experience serving with the Special Operations community conducting kinetic and Military Source Operations (MSO) worldwide. I am retiring from active duty in August 2013 and would like to take my experience and skills and apply them in the civilian sector.

Responsible for conducting Military Source Operations and Force Protection Operations in support of 1st Special Forces Group (Airborne). Managed the collection efforts of all human intelligence reporting for C. Company, 2nd Battalion during real would operations in a high threat environment. Coordinated, tasked and de-conflicted intelligence collection operations for four Special Forces teams resulting in zero losses/injuries of over 80 Task Force members. Protected and managed all intelligence information while working with foreign intelligence agencies resulting in zero compromise in intelligence sources and methods. Collected and analyzed human intelligence reporting, briefed and debriefed Special Forces Operational Detachments prior to and during real world deployments throughout Pacific and Central Command area of operations. Conducted liaison with foreign government officials, Department of Defense and other government agencies and was accountable for over $250,000 worth of organizational property. Instructed 11 Soldiers in report writing techniques, maximizing targeting efforts during Operation Iraqi Freedom-V. Selected to serve as a Special Forces Company’s Military Source Operations manager enhancing the company’s ability to operate in Operation Enduring Freedom – Philippines by 20%. Assisted Special Forces Intelligence Sergeants in the conduct of threat vulnerability assessments of several terrorist support network/groups in Iraq, demonstrating expert knowledge and insight during Operation Iraqi Freedom -V, providing the Commander with a refined picture of the enemy situation. Deployed to Southeast Asia to analyze political/military and economical intelligence for Iraq (Operation Iraqi Freedom), Philippines (Operation Enduring Freedom). Conducted Analyst’s Notebook training for the Special Forces intelligence sergeants, creating a substantial increase in intelligence gathering and fusion. Maintained a critical database of over 500 classified reports used to target insurgent forces without compromise. Developed and implemented Sensitive Site Exploitation standard operating procedures ensuring mission success during Operation Iraqi freedom.
