Graduate of the Advanced Special Operations Techniques (ASOT) Course, Level 3
Eight years experience as a HUMINT Role Player for the ASOT Level 3 course, Naval Special Warfare Support Activity 1, MARSOC (Lead Role Player), and U.S. Army Special Forces Command.

Threat Vulnerability Assessment- Led and conducted major TVA projects in Iraq & Afghanistan.

15 years total HUMINT experience and over 5 years HUMINT operations management experience supporting collection teams through the full spectrum of source operations. Over 5 years deployed experience conducting or managing HUMINT operations.

Mentored HUMINT collectors from the Army, Navy, Air Force, and Marine Corps in all phases of HUMINT operations in a Joint HUMINT environment during combat operations. Sole focal point for all DSOMS data entries/deconfliction and deconfliction with other government agencies. Supported HUMINT collectors via data mining SIPRNET, CIDNE and higher classification search engines.
MOS 18F (Special Forces Intelligence Sergeant) and graduate of the Advanced Special Operations Techniques Course (ASOT).
Current Top Secret clearance with SCI access.

ASO SME/Humint Role Player for four years working as in Independent Consultant to a variety of companies. Challenges, mentors and evaluates U.S. Army, Navy SEAL and MARSOC students, in role, during AMS cycles and Culmination Exercise (CULEX) in urban and rural environments. Advises instructor cadre and prepares written reports on student performance.

Employs ASO Level III experience to present challenging scenarios in an uncontrolled environment.
Tailors role/scenario for students on an individual basis
Responds to student input and improvises accordingly
Conducts one on one after action reviews with each student upon exercise completion
Employs surveillance and counter surveillance techniques
Provides exercise development support
Coordinates Role Player activities

Desk Officer & ASO/MSO SME to a USSOCOM Task Force in Iraq- multiple deployments
As part of a multi-service Special Operations Task Force, utilizing ASOT Level III skill set, provided time sensitive intelligence support and oversight supporting decisive combat operations against critical terrorist infrastructures and nodes throughout Iraq.

ASO/MSO advisor to HUMINT Operations Center director
Supported over 360 sensitive intelligence operations.
Provided guidance and oversight for activities associated with these sensitive operations
Staffed operational proposals; processed Interim-Operational Use Authorities and coordinated Counterintelligence support to HUMINT collection teams operating throughout Iraq; conducted theater level deconfliction and DSOMS management
Coordinated all source analytical support
Traveled to locations throughout Iraq to personally mentor U.S. Army, Marine Corps, Air Force and Navy HUMINT collectors during the conduct of HUMINT operations
