Operations Manager in a 70 personnel Civil Affairs department regionally aligned with US Southern Command. Advises Commander in current and future operations, executes civil � military programs that mutually support the combatant commander�s theater objectives and US Ambassador�s country � specific objectives in Latin America.

� Served as Civil Information Manager, responsible for collecting, processing, storing, &, disseminating classified running estimates to help Senior Leadership and staff clearly understand the status of the civil environment.
� Developed and managed an annual operational budget of over $850K for schools and training for 70 personnel with zero discrepancies; supervised and managed the processing of personnel actions, awards, promotions, and evaluations.
� Supervised a 24/7 Tactical operations command (TOC) responsible for Physical security, controlled access, QRF Deployment, Close air support, MEDEVAC and overall force protection for 5 Civil Affairs Teams.

Served as an Operations Manager in a Joint Theater � level Tactical Special Operations Command (TSOC) in the US Southern Command�s area of responsibility. Assisted the Civil Affairs Division Chief in Civil Affair expertise and support to the Special Operations Command theater strategy by developing timely, tailored, theater specific information for the employment of Civil Affairs forces supporting theater operations, plans and exercises.

� Assisted the Special Operations Command � South Director in Analyzing, researching, and synthesizing information to develop informed solutions, concepts and recommendations in the development of Civil Affairs policies and programs for Latin America.
� Collected information from multiple platforms and created predictive analysis products for 124 Personnel deployed to 5 countries in Latin America enabling senior leadership to identify areas of focus for the entire Command.
� Provided experience-based advisory support to US and partner forces across a wide range of Special Operations core activities which resulted in two dozen coordinated and planned Civil Military Operations, aiding the Office of Defense and Cooperation to meet the US Embassy and the Special Operations Command � South Directives.
� Oversaw 50 operations as the Tactical Operations Center Manager for 20 Special Operations teams deployed to Latin America, responsible for battle tracking, Intelligence reports, and Team Force protection recommendation.
