Adv. Geospatial Intel. Analyst, TS/SCI, $75-120K, Fort Bragg

Job Title:  Advanced Geospatial Intelligence Analyst

Salary:  $75,000 Base $100-$120K depending on length of deployment

With OCONUS DANGER PAY AT +35/35%.

General Description
The Geospatial Intelligence Analyst is responsible for performing complex and timely geospatial, topographic, and imagery analysis in support of JSOTFs engaged in combat operations throughout the world. Duties include but are not limited to the Processing Exploitation and Dissemination (PED) of ground feature data and remotely sensed data such as Multi-Spectral Imagery (MSI), Light Detection and Ranging (LiDAR), and Electro-Optical Imagery. Shall demonstrate effective written and oral communication skills, with the ability to brief superiors and customers on technical matters. Based on qualifications and experience, applicants will be assessed as either Intermediate, Advanced, or Senior Geospatial Intelligence Analysts.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

  1. ☐ Minimum of six years analytical experience within DOD or relevant non-DOD employers, with four out of the previous six years of actual hands-on experience
  2. ☐ Experience with directly supporting military operations in both garrison and deployed environments
  3. ☐ Demonstrates a capability to interact professionally with senior members of the Command and partner organizations
  4. ☐ Shall demonstrate a working knowledge of geospatial and intelligence data management within a variety of OGC compliant applications and databases
  5. ☐ Shall be proficient in utilizing GIS applications and intelligence related automation to support analytical efforts and product development
  6. ☐ Performs imagery analysis and production and possess a broad understanding of collection processes and management
  7. ☐ Performs geospatial processing and develops new methodologies to solve complex tactical intelligence problems

Desired: A typical desired candidate should be proficient in integrating with other intelligence disciplines. Demonstrates a working knowledge of how geospatial techniques are used to support the Find Fix Finish Exploit Analyze (F3EA) targeting cycle. Should possess a working knowledge of computer scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, HTML, R, or SAS.

Travel:  Afghanistan on a rotational basis.  Must have or be able to obtain a Visa.
