As a trusted management professional, I offer over 12+ years of diversified experience in strategic planning, operational oversight, business development, client relations, complex negotiations, and alliance building. I currently serve as a member of the U.S. Special Forces (Green Berets) where I contribute as a Senior Communications Sergeant on a 12-man Special Forces Operational Detachment Alpha (ODA) team ready to deploy at any given time to some of the harshest environments across the globe. In this role, I manage over $1.25M+ in military assets comprised of cryptographic, satellite communications, and networking information systems. I furthermore, contribute as a senior planner and advisor to the Commander on mission-critical communications strategies.

Over the course of my tenure, I have trained and coached hundreds of domestic and foreign military forces in tactical operations and network communications concepts; dramatically increasing group skill sets and survivability. More recently, I directed over 60+ Soldiers representing the 10th Special Forces Group throughout Central Asia where I was recognized for building a strong relationship with the U.S. Ambassador and improving upon U.S./Tajik relations.

I was hired in 20XX by XXXXX, a $29.7B medical equipment development company and was quickly promoted to a senior-level role where I managed a challenging product line (XXX XXXXXX) that represented an entirely new device technology and medical procedure. I initially inherited 11 key accounts but successfully secured an additional 8 accounts by employing competitive research, client education opportunities, and strategic sales tactics.

Over the course of my tenure, I obtained a 53% revenue increase from $800K to over $1.7M in < 2 years (132% to plan) by overseeing the management and growth of key accounts across the Pacific Northwest territory. I, most notably, won a profitable contract with one of the largest Urology practices in the Seattle market against industry leader, Botox; overcoming substantial objections by implementing a business plan that maximized patient efficacy and economic viability.

Over the course of my tenure, I was able to consistently exceed quota expectations and territory growth objectives in excess of 116% by promoting innovative surgical and medical device products designed to enhance patient safety and surgical performance. I additionally managed 38 key accounts; maximizing the brand’s value proposition by leveraging my strong interpersonal skills in conjunction with proven clinical data and hands-on training opportunities held at Johnson & Johnson’s many National Education Centers. Immediately after graduation from college, I was hired byXXXX– a multi-billion dollar industrial, safety, and construction supply reseller, to serve as an Assistant Sales Manager. However, I was quickly identified as a top-performer, promoted to the position of Sales Manager, and tasked with launching a new retail location in Costa Mesa, California.

After relocating, I was able to successfully grow the business from zero to 40+ customers; earning recognition for overcoming obstacles and ultimately ranking amongst the top 7% of Sales Managers in the U.S. (out of 423). I furthermore contributed towards XXXXX market expansion initiatives by identifying a retail space and negotiating the property lease.

In 2006, I was promoted to the position of District Manager and relocated to oversee 6 retail locations based in Las Vegas, Northern Arizona, and Southern Utah. As a regional lead, I interviewed, hired, trained and managed an outside sales team of 12. I additionally, collaborated with senior management to develop and implement long-term market growth strategies to maximize revenue earnings.

In less than 12 months, I was able to outperform industry heavyweights to include Grainger, Lowe’s, and Home Depot; increasing sales by 110% representative of $5.98M in annualized revenue and a 12% increase in gross profit margins (44% to over 56%+).
