Job Title: C-UAS All-Source Intelligence Analyst

Location: Northern Virginia, US

Required Clearance: TS/SCI

Salary: $125,000-$150,000+

Start Date: Within 45 days of accepted application submission

Required Education: 

  • Senior Level: Masters degree and over 10 years of relevant experience, or a bachelor’s degree and 18 years of relevant experience, or 22 years of relevant work experience.
  • Journeyman Level: Bachelors degree and 3 years’ experience, or associates degree and 7 years’ experience, or 9 years of relevant work experience.


  • Provide multi-intelligence analysis and fusion in support of counter-Unmanned Aerial System efforts and operations executed by committed violent extremist organizations or unfriendly nations, integrating existing national-level products and databases to provide an enhanced level of information support. Conduct multi-layered, multi-intelligence analysis to define patterns of UAS network activity in order to narrow the search space to conduct C-UAS operations. Provide exploitation and asymmetric threat analysis including the identification, development, and integration of countermeasure technologies. Provide intelligence targeting support products and “reach-back” support to forward-deployed elements as required.
  • Positions will require periodic travel to CONUS and up to six month deployments to OCONUS locations.
  • C-UAS All-Source Intelligence Analyst will focus on problem sets at the tactical through operational levels while applying a thorough understanding of ISR integration and the ops/intelligence fusion process to compile, collate, analyze and evaluate all sources of information (to include unevaluated intelligence and open source data) associated with terrorist, insurgent, or criminal networks.
  • C-UAS All-Source Intelligence Analyst will work closely with other members of a multi-discipline team to identify capabilities and vulnerabilities of targeted enemy organizations, identify trends, patterns and key nodes and highlighting their relationships to the targeted enemy networks. The Analyst must possess a thorough understanding of the intelligence process to compile, collate, analyze, produce, and evaluate all-source intelligence and provide subject matter expertise. The Analyst must be able to provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts and should be able to provide daily feedback to the team lead on product development. The Analyst must also possess the ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
  • C-UAS All-Source Intelligence Analyst must have a strong operational background and experience in shaping intelligence products that support tactical or strategic goals set forth by the supported unit commander in order to create actionable target support packages. The Analyst should also possess an understanding of UAS & IEDs as well as the local, regional, and global networks that facilitate C-UAS & IED construction, design, and usage.
  • This position requires recurring domestic and international travel to include deploying to combat zones. (6 months deployed, 6 months CONUS at client site)
  • An ideal candidate will have ten years of military experience, recent combat deployments, and be well-versed in all areas of military intelligence.
  • Intelligence analysis experience is defined as hands-on experience conducting real-world intelligence operations.


  • Applicants must be fully deployable to the required theater of operations, wear uniforms as prescribed by the supported unit commander, and bear arms as prescribed by the supported unit commander.
  • This position requires the ability to obtain and hold a TOP SECRET clearance with SCI eligibility. (Resume must show that proposed employee currently holds a TS clearance with previous access to SCI level of information.)
  • Must be willing to work rotating shifts if needed
  • At least 5 years’ experience in increasingly responsible positions in one or more military, academic or intelligence community functional areas.
  • At least 2 years’ experience providing Targeting & analytical support to one or more SOF units or commands.
  • At least 1 year of experience providing forward (deployed) support to one or more SOF units or commands.
  • Possess analytical experience at SOTF and higher.

Preferred Experience:

  • Post 9/11 experience conducting deployed intelligence analysis.
  • Prior experience providing direct deployed support to National SOF elements.
  • Bachelor of Science or Arts degree from an accredited college or university.
