Highlight Write Up:
I am a Badge and Credentialed Counterintelligence Special Agent and a graduate of Department of Defense Strategic Debriefers Course (DSDC), Source Operations Course (SOC), and the Advanced Source Operations Course (ASOC).

I have conducted various intelligence / counterintelligence operations and investigations in my previous assignments and for these efforts I was greatly praised. My operational thinking and asset management skills make me a very strong candidate for this job. I have always been recognized for my integrity, maturity, leadership, and the ability to “think on my feet”.

My investigative experience and knowledge provides me with a skill set that would be beneficial in this field. My personal experiences and knowledge of different cultures has allowed me to successfully build relationships across a wide spectrum of government agencies. I also believe that this has helped me fine-tune my interpersonal skills at an international level. I feel that these skills will prove to be very beneficial in the intelligence field.

My Egyptian heritage provides me with a firm Middle Eastern understanding and a unique skill set that would be beneficial in this field. COUNTERINTELLIGENCE SPECIAL AGENT, United States Division Central, Iraq, (USD-C)

  • As a Counterintelligence Special Agent my duties were to oversee the production of and conduct investigations and provide in depth analysis relating to espionage, treason, domestic and international terrorist threats, subversion and sedition directed at the U.S.
  • Responsible for researching, developing and tracking multiple source operations in support of intelligence activities for senior leaders of United States Forces Central, Iraq.
  • Conducted CI source operations, CI investigations, and identified issues of CI interest and equity during Operation Clean Sweep (OCS), a program designed to identify threats through compliance inspections of local and third country national employees on bases in Iraq.
  • Conducted all source analysis for Threat Vulnerability Assessments on three U.S. Installations, to include security deficiencies, geopolitical impacts of operations, insider threats, EID threat assessment, screening operations, indirect fire analysis, signal analysis and VBIED threats to installations and personnel.
  • Provided integrated analysis to USD-C and USFI utilizing Human, Imagery and Cyber Intelligence to provide the Command Group with a more accurate picture of the battle Space.
  • Provided written and verbal evaluations on source and information analysis, developed and maintained liaison operations to promote better connectivity within the intelligence groups to provide timely and accurate threat assessment.
  • Developed and maintained pattern analysis on attacks and incidents in Diwaniya Iraq, relating to U.S. Forces. This allowed counter-targeting operations to greatly reduce the effectiveness of direct attacks and IED operations against U.S. Forces.
  • Utilized the following intelligence tools such as: Analyst Notebook, CIDNE, TIGR NET, SOMMS, Google Earth, Falcon View and several other Government systems to provide PowerPoint Briefs and targeting products for Division, Brigade and Battalion level Command Groups.

TEAM LEADER – COUNTERINTELLIGENCE SPECIAL AGENT, United States Division Central, Iraq, (USD-N)

  • As a Counterintelligence Team Leader I managed all CI Team operations on base and coordinating with other intelligence entities in the region to streamline collection and security efforts. I lead CI investigations and CI source operations.
  • Conducted all source analysis for Threat Vulnerability Assessments on three U.S. Installations, to include security deficiencies, geopolitical impacts of operations, insider threats, EID threat assessment, screening operations, indirect fire analysis, signal analysis and VBIED threats to installations and personnel.
  • Provided the FOB command direct CI support for the Vacant Command Post Inspections (VCPI) and identified issues of CI interest and equity during OCS activities. I initiated and conducted multiple CI investigations and inquiries to mitigate CI threats and compromises of sensitive information by U.S. Army Soldiers, U.S State Department employees, and U.S. Government contractors.
  • Supervised the production and dissemination of over 100 intelligence products to USD-N and United States Forces Iraq (USF-I), J2, G2 Command Group and United States Division North Counterintelligence Command Authority (CICA), G2X and North Command Authority.
  • Provided oversight for the conduct of VCPI’s at three U.S. bases in the region ensuring their successful closure or turnover to the Government of Iraq.
  • Developed and briefed weekly intelligence updates for Forward Operating Base Warhorse S2X utilizing all source analysis, provided pattern analysis for multiple threat groups operations, targeting package development and recommendations for evolving security procedures
  • Provided integrated analysis to USD-N and USFI utilizing Human, Imagery and Cyber Intelligence to provide the Command Group with a more accurate picture of the battle Space.

COUNTERINTELLIGENCE SPECIAL AGENT, 902nd Military Intelligence Group, Monterey, California

  • As a Counterintelligence Special Agent my duties were to oversee the production of and conduct investigations and provide in depth analysis relating to espionage, treason, domestic and international terrorist threats, subversion and sedition directed and at the U.S.
  • Wrote and conducted analysis of over 40 records checks related to ongoing investigations within the continental United States.
  • Provided recommendations to counter threats and advised leaders and managers on the capabilities and activities of FISS, terrorist elements and criminal organizations in the Monterey area.
  • Conducted CI assessments of four subject investigations utilizing various international, national and local intelligence and government agencies.
  • Coordinated with DoD and national-level agencies as a recognized counterintelligence authority. Interaction with these contacts includes exchanging information and cooperating on matters of mutual interest.

ADMINISTRATIVE NON COMMISSIONED OFFICER IN CHARGE, Human Resources, 88th Regional Support Command (RSC), Soldier Readiness Program Detachment, Ft. Snelling, Minnesota.

  • As the Administrative NCOIC my duties were to oversee daily operations and provide oversight on administrative products, to include, database development, web development, developing analytical reports of daily operations, oversee studies to improve performance with-in the Detachment.
  • Developed custom databases to track, analyze, and develop reports for soldier readiness throughout the 88th RSC.
  • Provided support for soldier readiness operations throughout the 88th RSC.
  • Utilized Access Database, Microsoft suite, Adobe Dreamweaver and programmed in Visual Basic, SQL (defending against something like a sql injection attack), and C++.

ADMINISTRATIVE NON COMMISSIONED OFFICER, Civil Affairs; 8th Human Resource Support Command, in Support of Operation Iraqi Freedom, Arifjan, Kuwait.

  • As an Administrative NCO I provide studies and administrative support for OIF. I also provided oversight in surveying operations designed to examine current policies and develop more effective operations throughout theater.
  • As a Civil Affairs support member I provide support to local Civil Affairs teams by educating members on Arab culture and courtesies. I also provided Civil Affairs field support by participating in field operations with local nationals and local government officials.
  • Developed databases to track and report logistical movements throughout Kuwait and Iraq.
  • Regularly used evaluation techniques to determine the reliability and veracity of information provided by local nationals to advance relationships between local government entities and the US government.
  • Provided analytical support for administrative operations throughout Kuwait and Iraq researching logistical movement and making recommendations based on these studies to increase productivity.

HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST, 90th Regional Readiness Command (RRC); Camp Robinson, North Little Rock, Arkansas.

  • As an Administrative NCO I provide administrative support throughout the 90th RRC area of operation. I also provided training and oversight in administrative operations under the Deputy Chief of Staff Force Development Section.
  • Developed and maintained database systems to track force development, logistics, and supply inventory for all subordinate units under the 90th RRC.
  • Provided Middle Eastern cultural awareness to the command group based on my experience and Egyptian heritage.
  • Developed and maintained the systems used to track all logistical transfers during the 90th RRCs hand over to the 63rd RRC.
  • Analyzed logistic reports and recommended action to transfer supplies to the 63rd RRC.
