As the Kuwait Subject Matter Expert (SME), assisted in Special Operations Forces (SOF) appraisal for the planning and execution of Joint Combined Exchange Training (JCET) events. Managed the production and dissemination of executive level products to the Joint Special Operations Task Force (JSOTF) Commander and staff providing awareness of key issues and threats in the area of operations.
As the Watch Commander for duty section 4, oversaw the watch qualification of multi-service personnel in operation and reporting procedures for the Tactical Operations Center (TOC). Tracked Maritime surveillance Vessels and provided intelligence analysis to deployed customers. Technical Expertise enabled in-depth pattern analysis on vessel movements, deployments, and maintenance cycles within the 7th Fleet AOR.
(09/2009 – 07/2010) DEPLOYED AS FULL MOTION VIDEO (FMV) ANALYST and PRODUCTION, EXPLOITATION, AND DISSEMINATION (PED) ANALYST/HORN OF AFRICA (HOA). Supported Chief of Naval Operations (CNO) Project Saber Focus, a Navy combat experiment, to test the use of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles in littoral regions. Conducted proof of concept exercises, lead pre-mobilization planning and deployment of the U.S. Navy’s first and only MQ-9 Reaper-B operators in support of Overseas Contingency Operations (OCO).
