Led a 100-man Joint Task Force of U.S. Special Forces and Afghan Commandos during the Taliban siege of the provincial capital of Farah, prevented the capture of city and government infrastructure. Efforts recognized by Afghan National and Provincial Governments.

Managed a 14-man team that synchronized national level intelligence assets with the operational objectives of a 150-man Special Forces regiment in the Republic of the Maldives; created real world strike capabilities to address an emerging piracy threat.

Planned, resourced, and executed the successful establishment of AOB West at Shindand Airbase, expanding the CJSOTF-A operational footprint and enabling security growth throughout western Afghanistan.

Developed and implemented innovative programs for Special Forces, Civil Affairs and Psychological Operations cadre members IOT limit confirmation bias and significantly improve the process of individual assessment and selection.

Handpicked to manage 72 Senior Non-commissioned Officers (NCOs) in the assessment of 5.5K+ Soldiers annually for their suitability for Special Forces schools and programs.

Assisted in the establishment of a 400-man Afghan National Civil Order of Police element; provided seamless integration of the unit into national operations while meeting critical training and operational time lines.
