CITP promotes from within and will promote 1 year early for those that meet training requirements and demonstrated performance at the higher position. CITP has an outstanding training program and will invest up to 6 months training an analyst prior to deployment. Training includes Staff Integration Seminar a 3 week HVI targeting course at Ft Bragg. CITP is a HVI targeting program. They accept analysts with targeting experience to include SIGINT.

Work Location: Charlottesville, VA; 6-month OCONUS rotational deployments.
Work Location: Tampa, FL. Non-deployable at this time. Shift work, nights, weekends.
Novice-Level: 3 years’ experience
CONUS Salary: $45,000. OCONUS Daily Rate: $200. OCONUS M&IE: $3.50 per day.
Journeymen-Level: 5 years’ experience.
CONUS Salary: $60,000. OCONUS Daily Rate: $275. OCONUS M&IE: $3.50 per day.
OCONUS Task Force Daily Rate: $325.
Senior-Level: 8 years’ experience.
CONUS Salary: $70,000. OCONUS Daily Rate: $350. OCONUS M&IE: $3.50 per day.
OCONUS Task Force Daily Rate: $400.
Clearance: Active TS/SCI

Education: High school diploma or GED, or higher.

Requirements: 

Provides intelligence analysis and targeting experience in support of military operations. 

Former military occupational specialty (MOS) 31D, 311D, 35F, 350F, 35D, 18F, 180A, or DoD joint service equivalent, or civilian 0132, 1811 experience as intelligence or targeting analyst in OCONUS environment
.

Knowledgeable of the Intelligence Cycle, Collection Management Cycle, Targeting Cycle and intelligence analytic techniques including trend and pattern analysis, geospatial analysis, link analysis and network or social network analysis

Experienced with data processing systems such as DCGS-A, CIDNE, and SIPRNET and JWICS search engines.


Working knowledge of i2 Analyst Notebook, AXIS Pro, WebTAS, ArcGIS, and Google Earth Proficient at using basic computer applications and intelligence related automation to support analytical efforts and product development. Possess strong research and writing skills; and be capable of effectively operating alone in support of tactical, strategic and special operations forces conducting counter insurgent/IED targeting.

Desired: Prior experience supporting TF X-XX or TF XX. SIS Targeting, or prior deployed support to SOF/JSOC. 

Candidate Package:

Section 1: Executive Summary.

Candidate will write an abstract summary of how the candidate’s knowledge and experience meet the qualifications in section two.  Candidate will need to use complete sentences and paragraphs, not just bullet points.

Section 2: Special Qualifications.
Candidate will answer each of the questions in complete sentences and in paragraph form.  Just answering “I can do this”, “I have knowledge of this” or anything related is not sufficient. Candidate needs to answer the question fully and provide examples and data to back up the claim.

Section 3: Resume.
Cut and paste the employees resume into this section.  Keep as original source formatting.  Note…. The candidates resume still needs to be submitted, separately, with the resume template. This is to ensure that we have a complete record of the employee’s qualifications, education and previous employment.

• Section 1 and 2 need to be in paragraph form, using complete sentences, and completed by the candidate.  There is no limit to the amount the candidate can write, but every question needs to be completely answered.  As always, the more details the better.  Any incomplete sections or incomplete data will result in the submission being returned.  Since our analytical targeting products are a written product, the candidates writing skills will be reviewed in sections 1 and 2.
