Client is a growing security compliance automation software company. Our patented solutions are used throughout the Federal Government and Department of Defense who are mandated for security policy.

We are an established software company that is dedicated to innovation and customer service. We are expanding our client support team and need a manager that’s driven to maximize customer success, marshaling development and engineering support resources around customer requirements to ensure successful and flawless product implementations.

  • Ideal candidate would be moderately technical with an emphasis on very strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Ideally this person would be adept at positioning our software solutions around the requirements of key customers. Activities would involve product positioning/training presentations and demos.
  • Be able to communicate effectively with proper channels regarding customer support issues, development requests, or other concerns.
  • Work closely with the sales and support teams, accurately capturing CRM data to determine size, complexity and challenges for their projects, documenting and reporting progress are keys aspects of the role.
  • Work proactively and intimately with customers to set and manage expectations for all customer stakeholders to ensure their success by coordinating and communicating progress as a trusted insider.

This is a full-time permanent position based at our Northern VA office to coordinate the tasks necessary to implement our software in the environments/organizations of key customers
