We are an established software company that is dedicated to innovation and customer service. We are expanding our client support team and need a manager that’s driven to maximize customer success, marshaling development and engineering support resources around customer requirements to ensure successful and flawless product implementations.
This is a full-time permanent position based at our Northern VA office to coordinate the tasks necessary to implement our software in the environments/organizations of key customers
