Range Manager; SECRET Clearance; $70K – $100K; Camp Lejeune, NC
Job Description:
- The contractor shall provide range and training safety (including live fire surface danger zones) technical expertise and assist with scheduling, utilization, and maintenance of MARSOC, training facilities (Rappel Tower, Obstacle Course, etc.) ranges located within MARSOC controlled Stone Bay ranges.
- The contractor shall plan and develop maintenance schedules for both preventative and corrective maintenance of the MARSOC ranges, training facilities, support structures, and grounds, submit and track work orders for maintenance, assist in accounting for range equipment, and assist the MRTC Training Officer with scheduling lead abatement efforts to maximize usable training days.
- The contractor shall work extensively outdoors, often in extreme heat and cold conditions, and must be able to move equipment weighing up to 100 lbs.
- The contractor shall obtain and maintain ATV certification / license through MRTC / MARSOC licensing authorities. The contractor shall operate an All-Terrain Vehicle to conduct range coordination as required.

- Served a minimum of 1 year as an E-7or higher
- 10 years of experience in a Marine Corps combat arms unit
- 2 years’ experience supervising live fire small arms range safety in accordance with Marine Corps Base regulations
- 1 year of experience using MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
- Carry equipment weighing up to 100lbs
- Must have a valid state driver’s license
- Possess a SECRET clearance on day one of contract execution
- Must be able to successfully complete the MARSOC ATV Qualification Course
