• Participates as a five person team responsible for training elements comprised of ANA, NDS, and ANP in marksmanship, tactics and special operations infantry tactics

SQUAD LEADER
2009 – 2011
UNITED STATES ARMY SPECIAL OPERATIONS COMMAND, 1ST BATTALION, 75TH RANGER REGIMENT

• Supervised and conducted training in pistol marksmanship, rifle marksmanship, intelligence gathering, search, seizure and site exploitation procedures of a 16 man assault squad
• Deployed to Afghanistan with twelve members of a Special Operations assault team in support of Operation Enduring Freedom
• Maintained accountability of over 1 million dollars worth of highly sensitive equipment
• Held a Department of Defense Top Secret clearance with SCI caveat
• Conducted all necessary coordination’s with adjacent friendly units in order to set up aerial and ground infiltrations/exfiltrations
• Planned, executed and served over 150 high risk special operations missions in Afghanistan in order to destroy and disrupt terrorist networks
• Targeted known insurgent leadership through intelligence collection and detained over 60 suspected terrorist
• Worked collaboratively through intelligence sharing with multiple special operations groups and government agencies to combat terrorism
• Conducted sensitive site exploitation and tactical questioning during operations in order to gather evidence and intelligence for prosecution of future targets
• Demonstrated the ability to take charge and lead, during a mass casualty event when six team members were injured. Received Army Commendation Medal for leadership and actions taken during the event.
• Was selected from 100 other personnel, to be the company Master Breacher and teach tactical breaching techniques

UNITED STATES ARMY SPECIAL OPERATIONS COMMAND, 1ST BATTALION, 75TH RANGER REGIMENT

• Deployed to eastern and southern Afghanistan with one other sniper, attached to a special operations assault team
• Held an active Department of Defense Top Secret Clearance with SCI caveat
• Was the Sniper Platoon Master Breacher, responsible for training a 30 man sniper platoon in tactical breaching techniques
• Maintained accountability of $300,000 dollars of highly sensitive sniper equipment
• Was responsible for managing, maintaining accountability and training of a eight man sniper team in long range marksmanship and sniper techniques
• Coordinated sniper training for a 20 man sniper platoon
• Conducted over 150 direct action missions which led to the kill or capture of over 200 enemy combatants
• Planned and executed sensitive military special operations using intelligence collection capabilities, in order to gain strategic information on high value targets
• Familiarized my teammates with foreign weapons systems, sniper tactics, Counter Sniping Techniques, aircraft coordination, adjacent unit coordination, sniper marksmanship, mission planning, intelligence gathering, investigative procedures and evidence collection
• Tested and maintained my sections marksmanship proficiency in all
applicable weapons systems

2006-2008
UNITED STATES SPECIAL OPERATIONS COMMAND, 1ST BATTALION, 75TH RANGER REGIMENT
• Deployed with a two man sniper team to Iraq and Afghanistan
• Maintained accountability of over $300,000 dollars of equipment and a three man sniper team
• Held a Department of Defense Active Secret Clearance
• Demonstrated uncommon valor in an air assault raid in Afghanistan to take into custody key personnel associated with terrorist networks, while receiving heavy machine gun fire and received a Joint Commendation Medal with V device
• Was awarded the Joint Service Achievement Medal for actions displayed during a mass casualty situation, in which my actions greatly contributed to the success of the mission and the welfare of injured soldiers
• Coordinated air and ground infiltrations, target analysis, terrain analysis, and target exploitation
• Developed intelligence gathering techniques, source handling operating procedures, evidence gathering and exploitation procedures
• Developed new and innovative ways to utilize snipers in Afghanistan and Iraq
• Conducted over 200 special operation direct action missions, leading to the capture of over 350 suspected enemy combatants
• Was the team master trainer for all weapons systems and small unit tactics
