Seeking: Chief Revenue Officer, $225K+, Northern VA,

Serious EVP Level Applicants only..

The Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) will be a key member of the senior leadership team and will
assume responsibility for the existing sales and marketing organization. They will maintain and
grow the customer base while attracting top talent by developing, motivating and leading the
team to continued success. The CRO will provide direction and resource stewardship of the
organization’s sales functions. The CRO is accountable for the sales performance, the profitable
achievement of sales goals, and for aligning sales objectives with the firm’s business strategies.

• Aligns the sales organization’s objectives with firm business strategy through active
participation in corporate strategic planning, sales strategy development, forecasting, sales
resource planning, and budgeting.

• Accountable for effective sales organization design, including sales job roles, sales channel
design, and sales resource deployment.

• Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume, market share, and other key financial
performance objectives.

• Leads learning and development initiatives impacting the sales organization and provides
stewardship of sales and sales management talent. The CRO establishes learning and
development objectives essential to the sales organization’s success, oversees the effective
delivery of training and development programs, actively assesses the value of training and
development investments, and monitors learning and development outcomes to ensure high
ROI.

Criteria for Consideration: Please address each to be considered..

Proven sales leader within the information security professional services market Ideally scaled companies from under $15M to over $60M and achieved EBIDTA target.  IR/risk/compliance as a EVP at a Fortune 500 desired..

Player/coach who will recruit, motivate and mentor top talent

Possesses deep knowledge of the data breach landscape federally and commercially (PCI, HIPAA, PII)

Ideally has built indirect sales channels with Cyber Insurers and Law Firms

Proven track record of establishing and implementing processes for engaging, determining, tracking, measuring, and leveraging customer success

Intimately involved in the creation of sales, pricing and customer engagement strategies

Demonstrated management cadence, process for driving results quarter over quarter

High energy, impeccable integrity, and operates at start-up speed

Compensation

Hired Candidate will receive a highly competitive compensation package consisting of base, incentive bonus, meaningful equity and a top tier benefits package.  Base salary and bonus will be negotiated based upon past demonstrated deliverables.
