Civil Investigator:
Assigned to the North Dakota U.S. Attorney\’s Office in Bismarck to assist in Affirmative Civil Enforcement(ACE) investigations, and to assist in health care fraud investigations under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1966 (HIPPA). Locating and reviewing records, locating witnesses, interviewing witnesses who are not the targets or subjects of a parallel criminal investigation. Follow leads in investigations and prepare reports; conduct limited surveillance of subjects in areas that are open and accessible to the public; providing technical assistance, such as identifying records and interviewing witnesses.

Records Examiner:
Assigned to the ATF St Paul Field Office asset recovery
review data and information from multiple sources, establish case/project files, enter and retrieve data from data bases.
Prepare and format management reports, manipulate, transfer, compute and print information, create and manipulate spreadsheets.
Prepare and correct reports and correspondence using word processing software, conduct validation and verification of case files and case data system.

Data Analyst:
Assigned to the Minneapolis District Office with the
Drug Enforcement Administration(DEA) to provide organization and management of asset case files. Review data and extract data from various State/Local and Federal government databases. Input/maintain asset files in the Consolidated Asset Tracking System (CATS).
Provide intelligence/technical assistance to the district office and to other investigative agencies, local law enforcement agencies, US Attorney, and other DOJ processing units, and higher headquarters.

Intelligence Research Specialist:
Assigned to the Minneapolis District Office of the Drug Enforcement Administration to help collect, analyze, disseminate and maintain intelligence information from investigations, seized documents, surveillance reports, cooperating sources and court-ordered wiretaps
•Conducting and managing complex research projects in areas such as: drug cultivation and production; methods of transportation; trafficking routes, and the structure and analysis of drug trafficking organizations
•Co-facilitating investigations with DEA Special Agents
•Presenting analysis reports case agents, supervisory personnel, U.S. Attorney, grand juries and other law enforcement agencies
•Managing computerized intelligence databases

Intelligence Analyst:
Assigned to the USPIS District Office in St Paul to support the Prohibited Mailings and Narcotics Team with analytical and investigation duties
Collaborative effort with federal, state and local law enforcement agencies in conducting investigations into narcotics trafficking; narco-terrorism; mail fraud; identity theft; and fraud investigations

Assisting Border Patrol, Customs Service, and Immigration and Naturalization Service in law enforcement functions at the United States and Canadian border
Providing administrative deployment support for all activated Minnesota National Guard troops at the United States and Canadian border
