Current Position: EOD Coordinator for Department of State, Kabul, Afganistan.

Operationally command an EOD response team, providing technical guidance and direction to subordinate EOD technicians and ensuring adherence to proper protocol and procedures; serve as the senior on-scene EOD representative to RSO staff and primary EOD point of contact during incident responses.
Mission is to protect U.S Embassy personnel from IED/UXO/WMD hazards; efforts allow Diplomats to conduct their mission furthering U.S. interests in the region. Accomplish this by providing 24 hour Operational support to Embassy and Embassy owned properties through out Afghanistan. Teams routinely have a fly away missions to areas that cant be reached by vehicle in a timely manner.

Planned, resourced, and executed training for three geographically separated Chemical Battalions increasing readiness and worldwide deployability
Senior EOD mentor to over 50 junior EOD Soldiers with the responsibilities of planning, executing CBRNE (Chemical Biological Radiological Nuclear and Explosives) operations world wide
Served as the Senior Enlisted EOD Advisor to the Brigade Commander, responsible for developing policy and procedures for EOD operations outside of non-standard EOD organizations.

Supervised the safe execution of 201 emergency response missions across the states of Texas, Louisiana, and Mississippi and 27 Very Important Persons (VIP) missions for the U.S. Secret Service without incident
Responsible for health and welfare over 360 Soldiers on two geographically separated Army Installations, both stateside and deployed 
Developed and instituted EOD Team Leader Certification. Training 39 new team leaders increasing combat strength by 48%, program adopted by higher headquarters as the standard

Served as the Senior EOD subject matter expert for the only forward deployed operational Army Headquarters in the Army
Procured over $240K of DPRK ordnance training aids resulting in effective realistic training for EOD and Coalition forces in Korea
Results: Developed requirements for landmine remediation contracts saving more than $3 million dollars certifying mine fields were cleared for the first time in Demilitarized Zone (DMZ) on the boarder of South Korea.
