Highlight Write Up:
Seasoned intelligence professional with global experience. He has participated in operations ranging from peace keeping to high-intensity combat operations in all Combatant Command Theaters, and worked with units ranging from small hybrid forces and non-traditional elements to major forces conducting unified operations. Currently assigned to the Joint Intelligence Center, United States Central Command (JICCENT), serving as the Weapons of Mass Destruction, Deputy Branch Chief. Prior to arrival, completed the US Army’s Command and General Staff College Intermediate Level Education (ILE) program in Fort Leavenworth, Kansas. In addition to the core requirements, earned a Master of Military Art and Science and UFMCS Red Team certification. Operationally, most recently served as an Individual Augmentee with the United States Military Observer Group / United Nations Mission – Liberia.

Highlights of previous tours include: Assistant Ship’s Intelligence Officer for USS CARL VINSON (CVN-70; United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) in the Center for Special Operations (CSO) as the J2 Weapons of Mass Destruction Team Chief and Senior Intel Officer for the Current Operations Directorate. As the J2 WMD Team Chief, he participated in numerous counterproliferation and counter WMD-terrorism related efforts. In late 2007 though Spring of 2008, deployed as a member of TF-714 in Iraq. He also served as the Secretary, Joint Staff for the CSO Director. From early 2004 through mid-2005, he was assigned to Special Operations Command Central – Forward / CFSOCC serving in multiple warfighting capacities throughout the Horn of Africa and South Western Asia. In 2001, he was posted to Amphibious Group One / CTF-76 on Okinawa. This tour included a 90-day mission in support of Operation Enduring Freedom-Philippines as a member of the Special Operations Command Pacific / JTF-515 team. From 1998-2001, he was assigned to USSOUTHCOM – Joint Intelligence Center. While there, he was the Special Operations Programs Officer, Caribbean Team Chief and Senior Intel Watch Officer. As an enlisted Intelligence Specialist, he augmented the USS GUAM Amphibious Ready Group and the 22nd Marine Expeditionary Unit (Special Operations Capable) in 1996. During this deployment, the 22nd MEU conducted peacekeeping operations in Bosnia and near-simultaneous non-combatant evacuations operations in Liberia and Central African Republic. In 1997, as a newly commissioned Ensign, he was hand-picked to be part of the cadre team for the Naval Special Warfare Intelligence Course (NSWIC), developing tactics, techniques and procedures still in use today by combat elements of the Naval Special Warfare community.
