Created and act as primary instructor for Asset Validation Course. Responsible for the coordination and conduct of training for DoD clients in all aspects of advanced case officer skill sets. Course instruction includes Intel, Targeting, Surveillance, Counter-Surveillance, and Management courses. Provide mentorship to military case officers prior to operational deployment thru the use of field and situational exercises. Recognized subject matter expert in Asset Validation, and case officer operational skill sets. Additional duties also include the coordination, scenario and exercise development , scripting and execution of situational training exercises for Special Operations Forces (SOF) units preparing to return to operational areas.

Provided subject matter expertise and operational planning support to Commander for all Advanced Special Operations (ASO) and counter terrorism operations, in various Middle Eastern countries. Acted as the 5th Special Forces Group Advanced Special Operations (ASO) Manager , responsible for the screening, training, and utilizations of all ASO operatives assigned to the unit. Researched and developed the US Army Special Forces Command technical equipment set, providing enhanced Tagging, Tracking and Locating (TTL) capabilities to all operational groups. Program Manager for Advanced Special Operations (ASO), Advanced Force Operations (AFO), counter terrorism operations, and various other classified Focal Point and special access programs that directly supported combat operations in Iraq.

Senior Communications NCO for 36-man Troop. Developed communications plans and networks for all direct action and CINC In-extremis Force (CIF) missions. Created company communications Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). Developed and implemented communications training plan to ensure that all Troop members were trained in standard and non-standard communications equipment, computers and surveillance equipment. Maintained accountability of over one million dollars worth of communications and surveillance equipment. Responsible as Assault Cell Leader for training cell members in all aspects of marksmanship and Close Quarters Battle (CQB). Planned, supervised and executed numerous joint and combined combat operations using all available assets and capabilities to achieve mission success. Acted as senior troop ASO operative on two combat rotations. Responsibly for the handling and utilization of numerous assets in support of the unit commander’s targeting and infrastructure needs.
